Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Zellia, a product operated by Presento LLC. By connecting an account or a page to Zellia, the business doing so accepts the following.

What the service is

Zellia receives the messages that reach a business's WhatsApp and the lead forms from its Facebook and Instagram ads; replies automatically according to the configuration the business itself defines; records the contacts; and hands the conversation to a team member when appropriate.

Responsibilities of the business using it

• Connect only accounts and pages it is authorized to use.
• Be responsible for the content the assistant delivers on its behalf, including prices, conditions and commercial promises.
• Comply with the policies of the platforms it uses, including Meta's, and with applicable personal data and advertising laws.
• Handle requests from the people whose data it processes, and cooperate when those requests reach Presento LLC.
• Keep control over which members of its team have access to the dashboard.

Responsibilities of Presento LLC

• Operate the service and process data only according to the instructions of the contracting business.
• Maintain isolation between the data of different businesses.
• Apply reasonable security measures, described in the privacy policy.
• Notify without undue delay if a security incident affecting personal data occurs.
• Return or delete the data when the service ends, within the period stated in the privacy policy.

What the service does not guarantee

Zellia depends on third-party platforms —Meta, language model providers, cloud infrastructure— whose operation we do not control. An outage, a policy change or a restriction imposed by any of them may affect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular business result.

The automated assistant produces replies based on the configuration and catalog the business itself loads. The business is responsible for reviewing that configuration and supervising the conversations.

Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Presento LLC may suspend the service immediately if its use breaks the law, violates the policies of the connected platforms, or puts other businesses hosted on the same platform at risk.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the effective date and notify the businesses using the service before substantial changes take effect.
